It sounds like it was a very interesting if imperfect show (but that just means it's being put on by human beings, after all).
It also sounds like somebody needs to take LiveNation aside and tell them that they're not actually, like, a
nation, with a government and sovereign rights and all that.
YES YES!!!!!!!!! my discs i paid $30 some for are being destroyed since they think its
their property retards

That reminds me of when I left my backpack with some expensive stuff under a couch in some building next to the RCA Dome, and the janitors took it and probably threw it in a dumpster. Live Nation is a jerk. They act like they own everyone who buys tickets. And act like they have more authority than the police, or even Al.

yes. afterwards i got backstage for meet & greet without a badge somehow and bermuda was right behind me and i heard him talking to his friends about it and they couldn't find 2 girls in indianapolis to be cheerleaders hmm
i think it's sorta silly that they cut it just because they couldn't find cheerleaders. i don't think the performance would be hurt by not having them.

^ I think that is a fair point actually. I dont see the relevance of the cheerleaders now, after, what, 16 years?

I don't think Al would mind recording if you're just trading it, he should be able to set the rules for recording.

Sorry to hear about all the security problems - luckily the guy in front of us was great, he made sure we had earplugs for my nephew and warned us about the cannons that would be going off during Canadian Idiot.
Yep, we were told there was no Nirvana because of a lack of cheerleaders. I think Kaffy and Fred would have happily put on the black skirts and given it a shot had someone asked!
I hope tonight's show in Kentucky is feedback free... I understand a lot of the crew is new, guess it's taking a while to work out some of the bugs.

NO CHEERLEADERS?!?!?!?! I am so glad that I was not at this show. As you may have noticed in my reviews, I kind of love them all.

<WHiZZi> Ducttapeearth asks: Is the band taper-friendly?
<bermuda> Do you mean, tapir, those cute little varmints?
Or, 'taper' as in stinking bootlegging audio thieves??
<bermuda> Yeah... no. Of course we'd prefer that people do not record our shows.

It's your choice if you want to risk being caught. Though it's not like he's helping by encouraging the big Cell Phone wave around either....)

...and I believe Al's quote re: concert taping is "don't let me catch you."
