WOW! That was great! Much improved over the Tonight Show performance!

I loved the background dancers, especially at the end when the "gangstas" and the "nerds" came together. That was awesome!

The props and the graphics definitely helped. I hope they keep those graphics for the tour performance. And I hope they recruit some local dancers like they do for SLN too.

The vocals still sounded weird, but I don't know how else he could have done it to make it sound better.

Also, I loved Ice T's introduction of Al. That was one of his best intros I've ever seen/heard.

All around a great performance. I'm actually glad he did the Tonight Show performance so that he had the chance to see how lame it was and improve it for tonight's show. I would have been really disappointed if he performed it like he did the first time.

Great job, Al!!!

For those of you that flipped over the backing track, it's still there.

BUT....first of all, you can easilly hear Steve and Jim this time, and it's perfectly clear Al's got the vocals DOWN now. You can all come down off the ledge.

And Ice T's intro was hilarious

were the interviews shown during the show? I'm watching them now on the VH1 website

"The biggest thing in 2006? Gosh, I'd have to say Barry Manilow. 'Cause it's been Barry Manilow's year. It's Barry Manilow's world and we're all just living in it."

This was a much better improvement. You can hear Jim and Steve clearly this time. Plus, how can you not love the Nerds and Gangstas together like that? That is great.

The behind the scenes videos just loveAl. There's three that he features in, "Weird In '06", "Personal Bests in '06" and "(Red) In '06" :D

Just watched it again...you know, I chalked it up to "Al being Al" on his top 20 countdown interview when he said he was doing the segway routine, and yet, there it is
