In regards to
Whole Lotta Love:

That's 3 shows in a row! So much for the variety. Eh, maybe Jim really likes the song.
Maybe. He must also like
Sweet Home, Alabama, too, because thwy played that song 4 times in a row.
As far as I'm concerned, they can play any one of those songs at Meadowbrook. It's cool that they're doing this! I am kinda pulling for School's Out, since Al will be on Alice's home turf.

It was School's Out in KC. It was very cool. Maybe I'll hear Whole Lotta Love in St. Louis next week. It doesn't matter what song it is though. It's a very cool new part of the show.

The touring has been great (I wish I could make it to the Cinncinati show), but I'd really like a new album. He may come to Cleveland again and I'll finally get to see him again. Now I'm hooked on live concerts and watching the Weird Al Yankovic Live DVD only makes me wanna see him more.
By the way, has there been any talk of releasing a Poodle Hat live show on DVD?

Well, we've been talking about it. But I haven't heard anything more official than that.

Well right now, it's just us dreaming. If Al and Volcano was smart they'd tape a show and then release it to make up for the lacking sales.

Al is smart. But Volcano? Not so much.

I dont know if I'd expect a new Live DVD anytime soon. I think in the next few years, it would be more possible. Concidering a lot of the songs in the new tour is on the Live DVD. I think they should get more new material before they release a new Live DVD. I want a live TV special though!

Well, there are only a few of the same songs from the Live DVD, IIRC. You still have a whole new polka medley, some different songs added to the other medley, then there's Melanie, WBUL, Dog Eat Dog, A Complicated Song, Trash Day and Couch Potato. Sure, the last group of songs are the same, but there's also the newer, longer Yoda Chant in there. I think it would still be cool to have another Live DVD.

Yeah. I guess I didnt look at how many old songs are in the setlist. Man, I need to pay more attention. A new Live DVD would indeed be awesome though!

For the Al-Gals they'd still buy the DVD if ONLY WBUL was on there.
