I don't see where I said that, please quote accurately.
If the question is about why I locked that topic, it's because I simply made a statement about the changes, and wasn't inviting further discussion about Zomba's generosity. But I also didn't want that message to be buried in the unnecessarily lengthy "weirdal.com update" thread - I wanted it to be visible so I could give the necessary credit where it's due.

Did anyone do this yet? If so, what kind of list were you placed on? Was it a Zomba thing or a Volcano thing or a weirdal.com thing or something else? Did you start receiving (more) spam (than usual) after you signed up?
I'd like a little more info before I sign up. What's their privacy policy? I'm especially worried if my email address is going to be sold or given to anyone else. I get enough spam already.

uhh i signed up and i never got any more spam.... none at all atually! NOTHING! nothing from spammers or wa.com. and i dont think bermuda would do that to us. hes nice :biggrin:
The sign-up is the same as before, and yields an occasional email re major projects, tv appearances or special sales. I think we've sent only about 3 in the last year.
The list is ours only, and the addreses aren't used by anyone else for any other purposes.
