Its an exact re-enactment from the opening title sequence of the ORIGINAL Nightmare On Elm Street. Not the crappy remake

Yes.. a couple of people said it was a recreation of NoES.. Personally I dont recall it, but it fits with the Apocalyptic imagery of the cover and, to me looks more typical of Robyn Von Swank than the cover does
