World of Weird Al Yankovic

I see that persons point though. Al has always said that he wouldnt release a parody without permission, but has now done it with IPTW

We've yet to hear Gaga's side of the story. And for someone who loves the sound of her own voice and the look of her words as much as she does, it's bound to happen.

Maybe that'll shut some of these people up

Hmm, true, but he's not a douche, and he did not bully her. Also, it was not Lady Gaga who said no. We'll see what she says. I just really didn't like this person's tone.

It's a good thing this wasn't a Bieber parody. Al would be getting death threats!

Seriously. If that's the worst comment from a Gaga fan, this is mild.

"He bullied her by releasing the song and telling a story that painted her in the worst possible light. He forced her hand. I'm frankly amazed that you hold Yankovic to such a low standard of behavior. What he did was just douchey."

After I mentioned that her manager shouldn't have withheld all the info. More:

"Her manager's behavior has zero to do with Al's. And I'm not a Gaga fan, I'm just anti-hypocrite.
As far as Yankovic knew, Gaga said no."


Its sort of a catch-22 in this case. If Al hadn't released the song after being told no, Lady Gaga never would have heard it. I still think douchey is pretty strong. I'm about to block, just so I don't have to see any more. He made his point, and I made mine. Also, seeing this person continually use the term "douchey" to describe Al was painful to me.
