Maybe the author lives in the area, and thought it was a really random, cool photo to put on the blog.

Unicorns are beautiful creatures that fly gracefully through the air, pooping rainbows and making people happy.
A chaser is something mild you drink right after a shot or swig of hard alcohol, to cut down on the harshness of the alcohol.
So the Unicorn Chaser fills your mind with pleasant, happy thoughts after you have viewed something unsavory... seems like a perfectly good name to me.
Plus, it goes perfectly with the canned unicorn meat they sell...
