I just got a call from the geniuses at Artist Arena

. Apparently they didn't have the seats I purchased [CC 9 and 10] available for Friday night. Per them, Al is adding a show for Saturday night, however, and the said I could get the same seats for that or different seats for Friday. I opted for Saturday and will try to get a pair somewhere for Friday night.
Good grief those clowns...My bunny Noodles could do a better job at that, even though she would probably chew the tickets to shreds first. Come to think of it, I shouldn't give any ideas to Artist Arena.
Cheers, Diva

Well, there goes the hope that Artist Arena had stepped up their game since the 2007 and 2008 tours. Way to go, AA, a screw-up right out of the gate...bravo.

Sorry about your trouble, Diva.
However, that's cool that Al is going to have a show on Saturday, as well. That gives me 2 concerts to fly across the country for. Thanks for the news!
Also, just checked ArtistArena Ludo, and the tickets aren't on sell yet. But, I guess we know two seats we won't be getting. Looks like per ArtistArena's availability of seats for Diva, that the cool people will also be in CC for Saturday...

So who's planning on going to both? I am undecided. I am hoping the entire tour schedule is published before those tickets go on sale. Ideally, I would see Al 2-4 times throughout the tour at various Southern California stops rather than all in one weekend.

I'll probably go. Might as well go when it's practically in your backyard! I went all five nights last tour.

Eh, I'm not sure... If I had a car, I'd opt to go because even though it's a far drive for me, the prices are great. I'll probably end up waiting until there's (hopefully) a Greek Theater concert...

I'm sure I'll be there. Hope to be able to get decent seats that don't cost $100 each for that night. :-(

I doubt they'll go on sale until 8/13 is sold out, or at very least, almost sold out. They try to only only have one show on sale per area at the same time. This way, it gets people thinking it's their only time to see the artist, so they buy tickets to the first show, rather than catch it next time around. I know sometimes Jon holds back posting dates because of that. Plus they can do that "Due to popular demand, a second show has been added!!!" advertising.
Standard Al tour, most major areas will get Al at least twice. Southern California, pretty safe bet that he'll be there at least 2-4 times per tour.
