This is where you will answer for your actions and your contributions to the tribe. Please take a torch and light it in the fire.

At Tribal Council, fire represents life on the island. As long as your torch is lit, you will remain in the game. When the fire goes out, you go home. Well ... okay ... maybe you ARE home already ... but you're out of the game anyways.

This is how we'll vote:

Each of you will send me a Private Message through WOWAY with the name of the person you want to vote out of the tribe. Please use their actual SCREENNAME [NOT their real name or any Survivor nickname you may have for them], so that it will be easier for me to tally the votes. You can include a reason if you'd like, but it is not necessary, and no comments in your note to me will be mentioned to anyone else during this Tribal Council. PLEASE NOTE: If any Tribe Members fail to vote by the end of Tribal Council, their vote will count as an automatic vote against them. Once all the votes have been cast, or once the time deadline for Tribal Council has passed, I will tally and then read the votes.

FINAL COMMENTS:

Well, Squid Hats, some of you have experienced Tribal Council for the first time tonight. At this point, ALL of you have now been exposed to what Tribal Council is like. And that's good. Because in the next 24 hours, you will all be in a single tribe, and ALL of you will attend EVERY Tribal Council from here on out. The difference will be that ONLY ONE of you will be wearing the Immunity Avatar during Tribal Council instead of several of you.

It's now a game of everyone for themselves. In the first few rounds it is often easy to vote, since there always seems to be one person who's not contributing to the Tribe ... and that person is by far the most vulnerable. Now, however, everyone without Immunity is vulnerable. Someone who wins a lot of Immunity Challenges may be the biggest threat of all to your winning the game! And if YOU are that person winning those ICs ... better pray you KEEP winning ... because as soon as you lose, you may end up with a mighty big target on your back.

Most of you are still holding off on alliances so far and focusing on the game. And that's good. But now, you will need to decide who would you like to keep close at hand beside you. If you lose a Challenge, you will need others to help protect you from the vote. Friendships, alliances, and partnerships from this moment on can make all the difference at your next Tribal Council.

This is where the Game gets tough. The Challenges are harder, the individual risk is greater, and the decisions are more difficult ... and sometimes more painful.

Grab your torches. You can all head back to camp. Good night.

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!!

Due to a last minute announcement from my co-host, it now appears that BOTH hosts will be out of town at least between July 16th and July 25th, and several of our remaining Survivors will be away between July 20th and July 24th [most of them attending the concerts in Orange County, CA ... lucky devils ...].

As a result, it does not appear we can have a Challenge as originally planned on Thursday, July 15th -- we could start the challenge, but there would be no one to respond to the answers or host Tribal Council afterwards. Also, there will be no Challenge on Monday, July 19th -- since we will have no host for the Challenge itself or for the Tribal Council!

Therefore, the Main Survivor 3 Challenge Schedule has been changed. The Challenges originally scheduled for July 15th & July 19th have been cancelled. All Challenges have been moved back to start with Challenge #5 at the Monday, July 26th date.

Now, some Survivors may also find Monday, July 26th bad for them. If this is so, you MUST POST IN THE CHIT CHAT THREAD THAT YOU DON'T WANT THAT DATE NO LATER THAN 10:00 PM EST TONIGHT!!! If only one person has a problem, we may not be able to change the date. If two have problems with it, we might consider moving it. If three or more indicate a problem with Monday the 2th, we will definitely move it. If moved, the new date for Challenge #5 will most likely be Thursday, July 29th.

As the number of Survivors continues to decrease, it will be easier to make accommodations if absolutely necessary. But constantly changing the schedule may mean we don't end this till some time next YEAR!!

I still however will post the information on the Merge later today as scheduled.
