I do not mind the current photo so much but it is rather old.

The photo is ok, however I agree that a different one would be better. What about the one where he is holding the recent grammy? Just a thought.

I'm sure one of those would work fine. All you have to do is either A) upload it to wikipedia and state you own the rights, or B), give someone else permission to use to file (Note: the picture can be used by others for commercial gain, so you basically have to release it into the public domain).

I've always hated that promo picture. I'd prefer that it get changed to a live shot.
