I've always loved McCarthy's quote from the UHF press tour, "My character is mean, slimy and loathsome and those are his good qualities."
96 years young. Man, what a life. What a life indeed.

This is very sad news of course. Kevin turned in possibly the best overall acting performance in UHF. An acting legend who will be sorely missed.
