Jim Carrey singing Somebody to Love-Jefferson Airplane's Somebody to Love.
Queen's Somebody to Love, completely different and completely better song.
There. Education for the day over

I would consider Jefferson Airplane's Somebody to Love is on par with Queen's personally.

I thought the whole show was funny and I liked seeing the greatest hits of SuperNews collected like that. Most of them I thought were pretty good.

I thought the cartoons were okay, but I skipped over pretty much all of them.

I thought the show was just OK. I was pretty bored for a while and just wanted to see the video. It was nice to see Al in a co-hosting type format, and he was definitely the best part of the show. The cartoons they showed were kind of dumb, and the commentary from the host guy was pretty weak.

I enjoyed the inbetween bits. They were cheesy, but that was the point. I was expecting them to pick up an Al LP at the record store and use that as a segway.

I kinda thought that, too.
And it's "segue", but if that was intentional, mad points to you!

How do you know they were ok then?
The cartoon bits were "highlight reels" of SuperNews episodes, just as they showed "highlight reels" of Al's videos. Same thing.
