This is going to be a freaking nightmare.

I mean, unless Al pays attention to me and disables the chatroom completely. But why would he listen to what I have to say?

Bleh.

I agree with you The chat will NOT be manageable. I think there *could* be thousands trying to get in this.

Please Al if you are looking in here at all There is NO-ONE on earth that could effectively mod a chat that size You need to stick to Twitter (better still ask for questions nowand pick and choose the ones you want)

This will be a major scrum and I bet spammers will win the day ANYWAY and no smart questions will get seen even

Why do you think a live chat would be such a spam-fest? AL has done live chats before and I haven't really seen a problem with spammers, so I am not sure what you are concerned about.

I hope that I am able to view this chat! And I can't wait for the new song-hope I can get it on Tuesday rather than Wednesday like the last song :(:(

I'm a little confused about this. Do I have to sign up for UStream, or can I just use my Twitter account?

You have to sign up for Ustream in order to follow Al there and be able to make comments/Tweet from the event.

You ask questions to @alyankovic on Twitter. Then you watch Al answer the questions on UStream, which requires a sign-in if you want your name to show up on the chatroom. Otherwise you can just follow the link and watch without signing up for anything.
