Ok, good news bad news.
Good news is that Al will make his appearance on September 26th at a meet and greet at the Fair.
Bad news, you have to enter a contest to see him.

Four people will be selected daily from entries after you go thru the exhibit.
Then each person that gets selected from online entries not only gets Free Admission for the last day, but photos with the Weird one as well as some beverages and scones. Not bad for a meet and greet.

Thank you very much for the info!! Do you know if they only count one entry per email address, phone number, name? I don't want to possibly disqualify myself by submitting multiple entries and flagging myself as some would-be stalker. Good luck to all who enter.
