Gah, you guys aren't missing anything. I'm betting the whole "4 hours" of Al are going to translate to a 20-minute interview of things we've heard before.
I'm also recording this. I might post an edited version later, IF I SURVIVE THIS BOREDOM!

Okay, that was disappointing, wasn't it? <_<

Although it was a brand-new interview, so far I haven't heard anything that we didn't know already.

Every week on The Lost 45s there is a "special guest," and a handful of short interview clips are played throughout the evening, along with a few of the guest's songs. Unfortunately, that is just what happened this evening.

Honestly, I was expecting far more "Al time" on this show, because the ads said that Al was going to "host" the show...a bit misleading, in my opinion.

Sorry if any of you wasted a few hours listening to this tonight!

:bad:

So, I was wrong: it wasn't a 20-minute interview... it was a 10-minute interview!

I've uploaded an edited version here. The file is 12:38 minutes, only because I left a bit of the beginning of each song, and inserted some silences in between.

Yeah, that's false advertising. That's not "hosting" a show!

Hey, thanks for the file! I'm getting it right now...but not really too pumped to listen to it since all of you guys are giving it a thumbs down basically... so besides the Al interview sections, they played Al music for all that time? Or just other music that wasn't by Al for that long time inbetween Al speaking...?

They played a few Al songs, but most of them weren't.

Well that's a bummer...and yeeeeeah, we've basically heard all of this before, that's a bummer too. Oh well, I guess it's nice to hear Al's still floating around on the airwaves of America
