Great review! But what's embarrassing about having the band see you sing along? They like it when people really get into the show. More fun for them that way.
I don't know, I've never seen anything wrong with singing along, I just think it's sort of different when you're 10 feet away and they can actually see you doing it.
Tomorrow, I know cameras are allowed, so I'm hoping there will be better pictures from this show. I'm also hoping it doesn't rain (although the last time I saw him in Monroe, there was a lightning storm....and it was awesome).
Josheee, that was a fabulous report, spectacular pictures, and an awesome accounting of Al adaptability. I really do treasure these detailed reports, and yours was one of the funnest and interesting I've seen. Thanks so much for putting up a recap of a show that feeds so many of Al's deprived fans, stranded in the Weird Al boonies. Cheers!

josheee: You look like you were sitting pretty close to where I was.
I traveled to BC for the Victoria and Coquitlam show. It was amazing. I'm so happy that the Red Robinson threatre didn't mind the cameras. If interested, check out my photos posted here
B 33 and 34. So just in front of us closer to the stairs. You must have been right next to the guy having a great time. He was so into it, he had the entire row of seats rocking.

It was hilarious and people cheered, but the down side was, Al's kindness inspired a few other morons to try and do the same thing...and they ended up being ejected by security for it. The guy sitting next to me was filming this with his camera, so it'll probably end up on youtube.

Would you happen to be in this image?
I'm not...but I see my wife in the top left picture.
Perhaps I was the guy having too much fun in the row ahead of you.
