I didn't get much sleep Monday night(2 hours). I woke up at six...showered and ready by 6:30 am.
Driving to breakfast, I noticed Al's bus at the Holiday Inn right next door to our hotel. Which was cool.
We left to go eat breakfast at a great place called The Cracker Barrel. It's me, my mom, my grandma, my aunt and her boyfriend, and they're all talking. So, I'm just sitting there, after I'm done eating, looking to the left, listening to people talking, and I see a movement out of the corner of my eye to the right, well assuming it was people getting up from eating, I look.....AND THERE WAS JIM AND BERMUDA!!!!
I'm freaking out spazzing and what not, and I'm like "Mom!!! Mom!!!! Look!! It's Jim West and Bermuda!!!" She was very confused, but then I told her who they were, and my aunt brought me to go to talk to them, and I got their autographs. They were confused on how I reconized them. Bermuda was like "I don't usually get reconized while I'm out eating..." That was by far the BEST breakfast I ever had!!! (Yes, they were done eating, I would never bother them while they were eating)Then me, my aunt, and her boyfriend went shopping...blah blah blah clothes blah blah.
After shopping, we went to Barnes and Noble. Her boyfriend and I were looking at books, when I look around the corner, and there's Ruben reading in a chair!!! I was like, "Woah, today has turned to spot the bandmember in Billings." My aunt and I went over talked to him and got his autograph, and this is how that went...
We asked him if we could get his autograph
Ruben: Really?
Us: Yeah.
Ruben: Wow, ok, my names Ruben *shakes my hand* What's your name?
Me: Kylan.
Ruben: And how do you spell that?
Me: K Y L A N
Ruben: That's a pretty name.
Me: Thanks.
Us: we are going to the show tonight.
Ruben: Cool! Where are you guys sitting?
Us: On the right. Stage-left
He sat and tried to figure where that was...
Me: Steve's side
Ruben: Oh. You poor things, you have to sit and look at the oldest man in the world.
Us: Haha
Then we said goodbye and he said how polite and nice we were and we said thanks.
Went back to the hotel room, then Mom and I sat in the parking lot and watched the bus...nothing happened other then Bermuda getting off the bus and into another car, then we went to Wal-Mart for school stuff.
Went to meet my aunt and her boyfriend for dinner, left for the show.
The show rocked!! 8th row, seat 23. He messed up during Canadian Idiot, I'll Sue Ya, and Albuquerque. In I'll Sue Ya, he said "I sue Duracell, they never told me I shouldn't use the micro--" Then he just stopped then continued. In Albuquerque, he got to the part where they were fighting, said the first two, then started mumbling incoherntly and said something about kneecaps... I don't remember Canadian Idiot, sorry. In Wanna B Ur Lovr he came about three feet away from me, from asle it was, empty empty empty empty girl guy me. He went and stood on the empty one next to the girl. I got the staredown in Albuquerque, I tried to wild-eye stare back, but I started laughing. In The Saga Begins, the same thing happened that happened in Henderson, he stopped while everybody cheered. During Bedrock Anthem, Smells Like Nirvana, and The Saga Begins, a bunch of people ran up front and kinda started a mosh pit. The third time, they got taken back by security. Security was pretty nice though, cameras were allowed. I got some pictures and about 20 minutes of video.
No storm troopers. It was Bob. I got a Yankobuck, and no Meet and Greet. They left right away. I think because Al was REALLY tired. You could tell from the beginning.
All around, BEST DAY EVER!!!!
