there were storm troopers, Boba Fett, Darth Vader, another bounty hunter and then R2D2 was rolling around beeping and bleeping backstage later - like he was the real R2!!! during the song Al went up to a storm trooper and leaned closed and the storm trooper moved to "kiss" Al on the cheek! so funny!! :P

Al "forgot" where he was in the encore and they started over and then of course when they got to the bit about sour kraut then they continued - they didn't do all that last year so it was a treat to see this. They had every form of berry donuts - like boysenberry donuts!! lol it went on and on and on till the Hally Berry donuts
I'm not comfortable in my comfort zone - it's poorly named.

Wow, you had lots of cool Star Wars characters! That's awesome! He didn't start Albuquerque over at Meadowbrook, but he did have guacamole donuts in the line-up, which was something new.

Sounds like it was a fun show!
4 words that Al said to me that blew me away:

"How's Problem Child doing?" - 7/12/11

So awesome!

mmmmmm.... guacamole..... :9~

the show was fantastic -- of course, I know it was going to be fantastic ... but when you're there, in the theatre you just can't believe how amazing it is - they put on such a good show... and then the next day... like today... I'm losing my train of thought.. a lot!!! LOL

Was there a meet and greet? I'm assuming not, because I'm sure you would have told us all about it here, Ena.

I am really happy to hear info about the Canadian shows. Once our shows have past we live vicariously through the shows that are still being performed. sigh....
I miss Al.

We were debating whether or not to go to this one on the way home from Calgary, and I'm very glad we did end up going to the two shows.
Details and photos coming within a day or two!

This show was pretty awesome, like usual. The crowd didn't seem to be quite as into it as the previous night in Calgary, but you could tell they were having lots of fun.
I didn't get any pics of the show, seeing as they were cracking down on people, but my brother got a few.
After the show, Bermuda was hanging out in the entrance area, so we mobbed him We hung out by the stage doors, seeing as the buses were MIA. We were told they were in the underground parking lot, so we didn't push it. We mostly kept to ourselves, seeing as none of the other half dozen or so people seemed to want to make small talk. Ah, well.
Steve came out, and was mobbed by a couple who wanted a billion photos. He obliged them. What a nice guy, I don't think I would have the patience for all of us crazies.
Seeing as we'd gotten to talk to him the night before, we left him alone.

The guy from the 501st league who we'd seen as Darth Vader came out with a full scale remote-controlled R2D2, so we asked for a photo op. He was more than happy to talk about his baby, which apparently he had built himself. He valued it at about $15 000.
it was looking pretty clear that Al wasn't going to come out and say hi, so we packed 'er in.

Thank you for the info about the shows Carol. I think its interesting how different shows can be, depending on energy coming from the audience.
