Right I wondered why I got 2 posters and only one laminate but the 2nd one came not even a week later in its own lil envelope.

I've been wearing it all week trying to look cool.

well i got my tickets today, however the 2nd pass was not included.

so I am emailing artist arena and asking where the 2nd laminate is.

The concert tickets come separate from the laminates, which come separate from the lithographs. I ordered two sets of VIP tickets at different times, a set of four for my family and I, and then another set of two for my brother and his girlfriend.

First the concert tickets showed up with the dinner passes included.

Two weeks later I got two lithographs with one VIP laminate attached.

A few days afterwards I received a white envelope with four VIP laminates included.

The following day I received four lithographs with one VIP laminate attached.

What an incredibly inefficient system! I still have nothing... ah well, I'm sure they'll show up eventually.

Four tickets arrived yesterday in a plain white envelope. I'm still missing two laminates and two lithographs

<-- at Artist Arena for once again screwing up what should have been a simple common sense transaction. I'm done with them after this experience. I've given them several chances, and each time they screwed up. There's an old saying in Tennessee — I know it's in Texas, probably in Tennessee — that says, fool me once, shame on — shame on you. Fool me — you can't get fooled again! I just can't see turning anymore money over to them. I'll take my chances with Ticketmaster or the box office.

OK I have to stop whining now, I went to the post office this morning and received ALL of my lithographs and laminates in one package. The tickets I bought from AA are will call, so I wasn't expecting tickets.

Kaffy, I am not going to travel with your Indy lithograph so I'll mail it to you, ok? They're big!

I got a plain white envelope today with the 2nd Laminate in it.. Very odd..

So i'm all good here now. hehe

My friends will be excited when I give them their things.. pretty darn cool stuff.
