He had to get home before Suzanne did something rash in his abscence, like join the Columbia Record Club.
Of course I am assuming she wasn't there just because I didn't see her.

I could understand it if the Yankovics preferred not to have Suzanne onscreen a whole lot. It's more convenient if they have somebody in the family who can make a quick trip to the store when the broccoli runs out without getting stopped for autographs.

Ah, nice close up of the shirt STUPID gave him!
-CindyBob

Well now that I know for sure I will change the text. It really is a beautiful shirt. Where did y'all find it?
<Scottidog wonders if it comes in her size...>
Scotti, the shirt comes from WAY down yonder in N'Awlins [my neck o' da woods] and was featured at the 2002 New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival in April. Here's the site to order it and other cool stuff:

I liked the shirt, but wasn't sure I wanted one. Now that Al's worn it -- and on national TV! -- I gonna havta brak down and buy me one o' dem. [caution -- Doc's falling into fakey Cajun mode again ...]
Purdy lil tings, ain't dey? Hoo boy, yah!
Ah gare-on-tee!!
AAAAAAA-EEEEEEEEEEE~~~!!!!!

I know I'm gonna be getting one... Happy Birthday to me!
I wonder if they know their shirt co-starred with the Great Weird One on national (international?) TV?
<Scottidog just watched her tape from the other night and she didn't get all of Behind The Music. Whimper.>
Hey, did anyone notice Al's decor? (what you could see of it) It was quite tasteful even if he did have a painting of a pig or something above the mantle. He also had the Grammy's on the mantle. No orange plexiglass in sight.

Al's in an ep of V.I.P. (I will only watch it for Al!) 12/6/02 on TNN 5PM ET.
Rock The House 12/2/02 6:35 pm ET VH1.
Funny Ass Videos 12/7/02 1 am ET VH1.
A jaunt over to IMDB shows Al's appearance on The Simpson's (and the Haunted Lighthouse,) but no date as of yet. CatraDthem, any word from your sources?

Well, keep in mind that no matter what the schedules say, the shows may not be on when they are supposed to be. So check your local listings... (in other words, don't blame me if you miss it!)
Yankovic (Pacific) Standard Time translation would be:
V.I.P. 12/6/02 on TNN @ 2PM YST
RTH 12/2/02 on VH1 @ 3:35 pm YST
FAV 12/6/02 on VH1 @ 10 pm YST
However, I found the last time I tried to tape VH1 and the Cartoon Network that you didn't have to do the translation at all. My local stations carried them at the stated times only of course in my (and Al's) time zone.
Your mileage may vary. :dontgetit:
