Yes I know it's the wrong date--don't know how to change that.

No I didn't bother with a meet and greet because Al rarely does meet and greets at fairs. So we were stuck in the parking lot for about 30 minutes because people couldn't follow a simple line so there was this HUGE traffic jam in the parking lot and people almost came to blows in the car in front of us with another car that wasn't let them in.

No pictures either--I've come to realize that it's more fun just enjoying the show and listening to other people's reactions at certain jokes etc.

I haven't met him enough times to let a chance like that slip, so I waited out in the cold for an hour and a half anyways. We were actually really close to meeting him. We saw the rest of the band, and we were told that he knew that we were there and that he was about to come out to see us. That was when the guards came. So it was especially painful to know that we were so close.

I met him after the Portland show in 2007 and I still have that picture fresh in my memory
