Count me among those who remember her and chatted with her on and off the newsgroup back in the day. Like most every other Al fan, I've never known her to be anything but kind and considerate to the rest of us.
I only wish I had known at the Detroit show, as I definitely would have wanted to offer my condolences.

How sad.
I remember the name from alt.music.weird-al. And she signed my "yearbook" at ALCON 2000 too.

The thing I remember most about her AMW-A posts was that around every holiday she would make it a point to advise people not to drink and drive. She had a very personal reason -- she lost her husband to a drunk driver.
