I have a company picnic that day, and can't go, but I'm wondering- will they let Al shoot off all that confetti? The Warner is a gorgeous place (watch the third Blue Collar movie, or Lewis Black's Red, White and Screwed (caution- language alert) to see it), and I'm not sure if they'll like all that stuff flying around. Trust me- it gets EVERYWHERE.
Hmmm...something's gone horribly awry here...

Oh yeah...I had a very difficult time explaining THAT to my hubby when I got back from one concert. I'm expecting to have to go through a carwash with the top down after a week at Orange County. I'll probably be shedding confetti for days.

They let him do it at the Glen Allen show and it had just rained so the grounds crew not only had a lot of confetti and streamers to clean up, but a big soggy mess of confetti and streamers! I think they'll probably let him do it at the Warner; I'm sure they have top-of-the-line vacuuming equipment and it's not like the entire theatre will be covered. I just hope if I get to go that I'm close enough to get showered in it again and that he does the ISY money since he didn't do that at the Glen Allen show.

The Warner is a great theater -- one of my favorites. I've seen many, many shows there, including Blue Man Group. BMG shot streamers all over the freaking place, so I think we're safe for Al's confetti, streamers, and money!

Ugh- I was on right at 10:00AM and the best I could do was Row S, seats 107-108 in the orchestra section.

Yeah, I am not happy either! I was on before 10 AM hitting the refresh button and all I got was Row K! My transaction was complete at 10:02. What's up with that?

Not happy!

Ok, well, I'll be there so I am happy, but not ecstatic about my seats.

Yea. Booooo. Anyone know how security is about cameras there or where the buses may be parked?

I couldn't get good seats either and I was so excited because I ended up having the money so I've decided to skip the DC concert and try to go to either the Carowinds show and/or the Raleigh show. As much as I love Al, I don't want to take any of my limited vacation time, drive the 4 hours in heavy traffic, pay for gas, hotel, metro/taxi fees, if there's a chance I can get better seats at another venue that's closer. If I had more money and more time off, I'd probably go, no matter what seats I had. Oh well, maybe next leg of the tour. I really wanted to get my picture in front of the White House while wearing my "Yankovic '08" tee too.

I've taken good concert pictures at The Warner. They haven't sent out the camera police in the past.
