Thanks for the heads-up. I couldn't get closer than row H, but it's an aisle seat. Even if Al doesn't come down that way, it'll be handy if I have to go to the ladies' room. :P

That is the most I've ever paid for an Al ticket, but it is less than BB King. And it seems silly to carp about the ticket price considering the cost of getting to Monterey and staying there once I get there. Ah, Al's worth it.

Those prices...Help me Lordy! Now I really need to take a pain pill! But I got row A, seat 104!

Definitely the most I've ever paid for an Al show

first time poster here.
just got a pair for front row center.
and yeah...never thought tix weird al would be this expensive, but judging by the other tickets on sale at this particular theatre, its the cheapest event.
the show better not suck, but i'll make sure of it by hitting the aquarium before hand.

Great seat! Did you have to click "Find different seats" button much?

steaming79 -- you got Row A also? :Y

Yes, I kept clicking & clicking.

I was also tempted to get less expensive seats, but in the end decided I'd go for the gusto.

Did you get one tic or two? I'm thinking maybe I wound up in Row H because I'm a singleton.

No, I'm a singleton, too. I must have re-selected about 15 times. Wonder if you went back & tried again if they'd let you exchange a seat.

i was cycling thru the pair of seat for about 2-3 minutes. i REALLY liked the ticketing system compared to ticketmaster. i can't really think of a ticket service that allows you to refresh picks in real time, as well as display where the seats are located on the corresponding seating chart.

i made like cycled about a few dozen times til i noticed the same Row A seats popping up, then i knew it wasnt going to get any better. not too shabby for waking up around 10'ish and checking my e-Mail to see they just went on sale.
