Heck yeah. PM me or something if you find any of those. I talked to my father and he is really down with this. He really wants to take my kid around the park and see him have fun so I am almost a certainity for this show.

So uh.. anyone else get the update today from Pollstar that lists a show in Rocky Mount, NC on 8/5? Is there a date mix-up here? Or did the VA show get cancelled?

I haven't seen that but I'm going to go by what both the Mothership and Al's myspace page is saying although I admit that I'm a little concerned that the Kings Dominion site hasn't put anything up about the concert yet. I could possibly make Rocky Mount or the TN show if the Kings Dominion one is cancelled.

This show has apparently been replaced by a concert in Raleigh, NC on the same date - just saw it posted at weirdal.com

This venue is actually in Rocky Mount, NC- 60 miles east of Raleigh. Not that it'll stop me from attending :).

Looks like your pollstar info was right! I know a few people in Raleigh who are going to be very happy to hear this news, they were planning to go all the way to Carowinds.

Wonder why the Kings Dominion date fell through? Oh well, maybe I'll go to this show instead or to the TN one. Have to find out which one is closer to me.

Is there any way to get the city info changed on this show? Rocky Mount is kinda far away to be considered a suburb of Raleigh...

Not sure what you mean. It's listed as

Aug 5 Raleigh, NC Dunn Center For The Performing Arts
(replaces Kings Dominion show in Doswell VA)

on weirdal.com. If the city's wrong, you should email Bermuda and let him know so he can fix it.

Yeah, but a quick google search informs me the Dunn Center is in Rocky Mount - http://www.ncwc.edu/arts/DunnCenter/ (this is the same link on the Tourography page, too).
