Didn't the Brewers steal that from the Pirates? They do the perogie race. Maybe it's just a league-wide thing they all do.

Before the season, David Wright was polling people on his blog asking for ideas for songs to walk up to the plate to... try as I did, he did not select any of the Al songs I suggested.
