you did read that SOL is also up for best surround sound, right? That's pretty darn cool. I wasn't expecting that.

No, I didn't see that! Wow, YEAH!

*does her happy dance* This is GREAT! Everyone involved in SOL did a fantastic job, and these nominations are very well-deserved! Now, we just wait for Al to get his next two Grammies!

Too bad we can't stuff the boxes on this one...

Congratulations!

Added: I just looked at the other Comedy nominations. I love Al, of course, but he's up against Carlin, Lewis Black, The Blue Collar guys, and a Ron White solo. Gonna be a nail-biter! (Believe it or not, I have those other ones, too! I'm a fan of the whole list! ARRRRGGHHH! *head explodes* )

:whoot: TWO nominations! All right! SOL's definitely in for some tough competition in the Best Comedy Album category, but we can get to work sending that positive energy in Al's direction. The Best Surround Sound Album is great, too. Congrats to Al, TBITB, and Tony Papa!

Congrats to Al on his nominations. It's a huge honor to be nominated alongside such greats as Prince!

Just noticed something interesting. The Grammys air Feb. 11. Isn't that Nina's birthday? A good omen...

crazygurl14- the Git Er Done guy is one of the Blue Collar Guys, Larry the Cable Guy. Ron White is another one of them, along with Bill Engvall and Jeff Foxworthy. George Carlin is a comedy legend, and Lewis Black is a fixture on Comedy Central.
