vh1 probably doesn't realize there's money in that market..

Did anyone ever contact them regarding BTM or Driven?? Just curious.

VH1 to 1 was the Behind The Music of the late 80s early 90s. They did a VH1 to 1 episode on Weird Al Yankovic in 1992 after the release of Off The Deep End.

The only other VH1 to 1 I remember is the one for Elton John.

This was in 1999 after the release of Running with Scissors.

I think at this point in his career he is long overdue for a NEW vh1 special, since everything else is quite outdated...wasn't half of the focus of his BTM how he was still single? Perhaps vh1 isn't airing either of these BECAUSE they are outdated, although I have a feeling it has to do a lot more with competing with MTVs lineup of fine entertainment... <_<

I think I heard that Suzanne particularly wishes they'd update that part. :D

Of course, updating a biographical show and keeping Nina out of the spotlight might be incompatible goals.
"Weird Al" has a charisma that's all his own. The awkward, the misshapen, the socially inept flock to his banner.
