I'll update this as soon as we get some information on its title. Anyways, I'd like to better organize our conversation. Here's a topic for this. Anyone who would like to open the topic for the other songs, be my guest.

Anyways, here is a hillarious Trapped in the Closet parody by Mad TV. Very good. It kind of gives you an idea of what TitC is all about and it shows you how great a cantidate it is for parody. Oh, and, explicit content warning.

And for those of you who need to familiarize yourselves with some of R.'s more recent hits, he has a couple of the singles (including the first part of "Trapped...") up on his MySpace page.

Ooh, another MySpace to check out. Cool. I actually heard this song a couple weeks ago, not bad for a white and nerdy guy, huh? I saw the Mad TV parody of it too. I like the song. As soon as I heard it, it was just asking for a parody, I just wondered whether Al would parody it because of all of R. Kelly's... uh, troubles. But Al appears to have gotten past that point, and selected the music for the music. Anyway, I'm glad Al's going to tackle it. :Y

Um... Al wouldn't swear (especially in a song)... But from seeing the Mad TV video, the idea seems funny.

Al also has parodied songs that were already funny, too, like One Week, for example. I think he could pull off an R. Kelly parody.

waf, I think Jake was quoting lyrics from the original song. Surely, Al would change those.

Oh, now that I reread his post, it does look like he was quoting the original lines. :S

I was quoting from the original. Just a little show of how ridiculous the song is, sorry bout that.
