As awful as hurricanes are, people do get a few days notice to flee them if they want. I'm very glad you did :Y

Dr. Dad/Jim, glad you and your family are safe! Prayers were sent out for everyone in the path of the hurricane and storm.

There have been 800 numbers posted on the local tv to help out the American Red Cross with the hurricane relief, but if there's anything more specific any of us can do to help, please let us know.

(Glad to read that the Florida folks are doing okay!)

Dr. Dad / Jim, thanks a heap for checking in and letting us know that you and the family are okay. All of my best thoughts and well wishes are with you and your family, as well as everyone else in the path of this storm. Take care and give us an update when you are able.
