That's cool, Patti! It's neat to know that someone I kind of know has a relative who's birthday is the same as Al's. And now he's on a list! Coolness!

I thought it was cool, too! The gal who runs the site is in the Yahoo group Al-gals. I've never met her, but I think her list is pretty cool.
Thanks for adding Carl, Terri!

Ah, that's ok. We can take it.
I think this guy must have gone to one of W i e r d Al Yankovic h's performances.
Heh, I had a hard time "taking it". I'm sensitive, what can I say?
Yeah, that guy definitely did not see "Weird Al" Yankovic.

I dunno, the guy would prefer it if Al dropped the medley and just performed "Eat It"...should we really get all worked up about his opinion? I have a feeling he wouldn't like
any concert in which the singer performs anything but their biggest overexposed hit.

Why doesn't it ever occur to Mutant Reviewers from a Planet Near Mars that a whole lot of people go to an Al concert without necessarily having bought his latest album, just because it's Al, and therefore they're hearing a lot of the original songs for the first time? Most people don't get all jump up and down, dancin' in their seats excited about a song they're unfamiliar with. Heck, maybe they're concentrating and trying to HEAR ALL THE WORDS.

Well, at least Chris recognized the more positive post
I made, and even commented. Thanks, Chris.

hey i heard something but i don't know where to post it. anyway, on the bob and tom show in toledo, this guy came on with a banjo, and Bob said, "the only thing worse than a banjo, is maybe an accordion"

Generic Al Blather would have been the best place to post that. Maybe a mod will move your post over there.

I'm kinda disappointed. I know if any of
us were added to such a cool list as this one, I'd have gotten a better response. I emailed Terri, and had her fix a few mistakes on the site. It's all pretty, and my cousin Carl's name isn't in quite as large letters as it seemed to be before. hehe! It's still in very noticable red letters.

He was born in '58, so he is indeed a year older than Al. Anyway, just thought I'd add a little more info. Anyone here who shares a birthday with Al, send your name in. Terri would be thrilled to add you to her list!
