Well, the tour will come to an end. But after a little time off, maybe he'll get back to work on the NEW album.

Actually, you might think I'm crazy, but I hope that the tour doesn't go past September. That way he can take off October, November, and December, and get started to work on a new album next year, as he's mentioned in recent articles. I NEED a new album!!

What does the band do when Jim requests a song like that? I always just request One More Minute so I can talk in the mic.

I think he's already started, accordion to his radio interview at the AMAs he started early in the year. I'm hoping that means he has the originals written. So theoretically, they could go into the studio with those in the near future (say, oh, I don't know... October?) and then take some time off for the holidays. Then back into the studio for the parodies and a whole new tour in summer of '05.

A girl can dream, can't she? :pentiums:

We got to hear Whole Lotta Love last night. So the OC Fair was treated to all the special-request songs that have been requested so far.

It's actually really impressive to hear Al & the guys roar into action like that. Like somebody flips a switch and says, "Okay, you're a rock band!" and they're a a totally credible rock band with a totally credible rock vocalist. With Al walking back and forth looking totally detached and fed-up with the proceedings.
