OK, maybe I missed any previous discussion, but does anyone know anything about Suzanne? I heard somewhere that they met on a set up date, but that's about it.
Well, we know that she's beautiful, short, has a great smile, intelligent, very supportive of Al and his career, met Al through a mutual friend and seems to make Al very, very happy. That's all we need to know I guess. I'm sure Al would like to keep
some things in his life private.
"Driven" was about Al's life before he made it 'big' therefore Suzanne would not have been interviewed for that. I would love to see her interviewed sometime in the future though.
Suzanne was quoted in the article in the Orange County Register about the Orange County shows. I'm sure that link was posted at WAY Live. I hope you got to see it, it was a good article.
As for the therapy...yes, run - don't walk, to your closest therapist. I'll see you there!

Either Al or Suzanne mentioned in that OC Regsiter article that the mutual friend was Billy Mumy (Will Robinson of Lost in Space/Barnes of Barnes and Barnes). I know Al's known Billy since the 80's, but I have no idea what his connection to Suzanne is.
Here's one of Suzanne's quotes from the OC Register article (and definitely worth mentioning here).
"He's got the best fans in the world," Suzanne adds. "They are so loyal. It's fun to watch them at shows, the different moves they do. When he does 'Fat' and he jumps up in the fat suit, they all jump," like he's set off the Richter scale."
Suzanne is very cool. I've had the pleasure of meeting her twice.

It's been a while since I've seen it but wasn't Billy Mummy also Timmy in Lassie?
Oh wait a minute..now I remember. That wasn't him. It was The mom on Lost in Space who was Timmy's mom on Lassie. ..June Lockhart I believe.
Who was also the Doctor on Petticoat Junction.
Either too much TV Land or not enuff I'm not sure

You guys are right! I am just being too nosy! Al deserves a life of his own. If we pester him too much, he may think twice about being so acccomodating to his fans, eekkk!!!!! no! I just hope that they are very happy together (they certainly seem to be!). I feel so bad for the attempted intrusion. I feel like a kangaroo just hop hop hopping along...
Al 'N Suzanne... 4ever!

First comes love, then comes marriage, then comes little Nina in a baby carriage...
I'd like to amend my anniversary wish:
Al, Suzanne and Nina. Many, many happy healthy joyful years together.
