Oh, so you're talking about hooligans who won't buy albums downloading these songs? *Like the songs you mentioned that have been released* I don't like hooligans. Spend some money and get the legal stuff!

My version of Permanent Record did not have the original version of My Bologna (although I know it was supposed to). I had to download it like some hooligan.

I'm going WAY off topic, but I think Al saw that PR had the original version and had it changed to the ALbum version, IIRC.

It was the other way around, moap. The first 500 copies or so of cd #1 in the collection had the studio version by mistake. They realized thier error, and switched to the original bathroom stall recording. My collection has the original on it, but I also won an auction on ebay for just that one cd with the studio version. It's also a different color scheme than the corrected version of the cd.

The color on the discs I think were changed when Volcano took over. I have the Scotti Bros release (with the My Bologna error disc), and my friend has the Volcano release of it, and the discs are different. He also has the Scotti Bros cassette version, which oddly enough, has the My Bologna mistake.

Well, I'd post it for download, but you know, I've been asked not to do that with this one, or any rare songs for that matter. It is a bootleg though, sound like it came from an old cassette, but is still super nice quality. I'd be glad to share it, but, I can't.

El, I think you're excused from Hooligan status if you actually paid for the album and didn't get the right version.

Yup, there is. I have just the one cd.

Anyway, back to the original topic. I sure would love to have heard/seen Al and Joel play back then. Especially the Beverly Hillbillies/Miss You song.

I got PR: AITB when it first came out and it had the studio version of "My Balogna." I called (or rather I had my mom call for me! ) Scotti Bros., and they told us to send the disc back to them in exchange for the corrected disc.
