Hey, that's a good idea. I'll send all my duplicates to Whizzi. :sly:

Isn't that from "National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation?" If not, from where did you get that reference. I know I've heard it, but I thought it was from Chevy Chase, not Al...

BTW, I have all the Al stuff that I want at the moment. What I really want for Hanukah is a stereo that will play properly. My old Aiwa stereo has always worked fine, but recently it's started skipping or often not even playing many of my CDs, including Poodle Hat! :o I'm afraid I may have seriously damaged it the last time I tried to play it. :( I'd also like a computer that will play the Instrumental tracks on Poodle Hat (I still haven't heard them! :().

Nothing for your fellow Astronomer? I'm hurt. ;)

I usually give people some Hawaiian related stuff. :) Though, one of my IRL friends is getting PH for her b-day in two weeks.

I don't know. It might be from NL's CV. It's been a while since I've seen that, and like I said, I'm sure Al isn't the only person to use that joke. It came from one of the promo Christmas radio things Al did back in the late 80s.

I have that Christmas thing on tpae, but I don't remember it. It's been a while since I've listened to it. I thought it was where Al talks about his Christmas memories....Oh well.

Yes. But there are eight total, five from 1987, and four from 1988. Actually, I just listened and Al says, "... to all my Japanese friends, Feliz Navidad." Sorry for the wrong information.

I don't know where the Jewish friends quote is from. :dontgetit:

Uh, four plus five equals nine. :)

I remember it, now that you corrected it! I'm pretty sure the Jewish one is from Christmas Vacation. I think it's from the scene where Clark (Chevy Chase) is at work wishing everybody a Merry Christmas, and then one guy tells him he's Jewish and Clark says something like, "Well, then Feliz Navidad!"

Well.... crap! Now no one's gonna believe me when I tell them I was a MATH MAJOR!

I actually meant to type five and three. My brain sent the commands to my fingers to type three, but my fingers apparently didn't want to listen and typed four. I'm gonna have to have a little talk with them. I'll threaten them with amputation, that ought to straighten them up quickly.

But I got the right answer anyway. :satisfied:
