Meeting Al and the band

Sadly, I have never met Al or any of the band. Maybe next tour. Just depends on luck, timing and things like that.

Well, if you count meeting Al and the guys in my dreams...*attempts to count and loses track* Let's just leave it as a lot, hmm?

But in real life, sadly, no, I've never met Al, Bermuda, Jim, Steve or Rubén. (The closest I've come is when Al brushed my arm in Davenport.)

ok, I figured what the hey, I'll put in my two cents too....

I got to meet Al 4 times, I won't go into all the details but here's where I got to meet him...... in Pittsburgh, in Dayton, in Leisinring (or however its spelled) at that little roller rink in the middle of nowhere, and at the last show. Everytime I met him he was very nice. I have to say he is a really nice guy, very friendly.

I also got to meet Steve at the last show. He was very nice too.

These guys are the best.

well... no, but i was 4 feet away from Al at the OC fair during OMM!!!!!! but i ran into Jim walking to my seat!

Since I originally posted on this thread last November, I've been able to see/meet Al a few more times. At Alcon III I got to greet Al when I saw him in the merchandise room. I first met Suzanne there too. Then I took my turn in the autograph line, and I was also able to give Al a goodbye hug when he was done for the night. The next day I was waiting in the hotel lobby for my mom and I got to say "hi" to Al again. At the OC Fair I got backstage to greet Al and Suzanne on Tuesday, where I had a nice picture taken of me and Al. On Thursday he did an autograph line and he signed my "tuesday" picture for me.

Al gives the best hugs, and just being around him, even for a few minutes, makes me happy for days.

lol i ment to say while "I" was walking to my seat he was walking by the back and my dad pointed him out and he was nice enough to sign my folder even though he was in a hurry!!

Yeah. Definitely time to update this since I originally answered...months ago!

I've now met Al 4 times total. I met him twice at AlConIII. Once by total unexpectedness of running into him and then at the autograph signing.

Then twice at Orange County. First time was the cool little autograph signing on Thursday night where I got my kiss!

Then I got to go backstage Friday night!

I also met Bermuda about 3 or 4 times during AlConIII and then also at Orange County backstage, of course. Where I also got to meet the rest of the band! Nee!

While we're all updating, I may as well give my update since I last posted in this thread, way back in... November.

At AlCon III, I got to meet Bermuda in person for the first time (way cool!), I met Suzanne for the first time EVER (super nice lady), and oh yeah, I met that Al guy again, too.
