I dunno about the leeks, but the Halifax dance is the wacky, out-of-control dance that Al does to the tune of Come Out and Play (or as Al fans would say, "Laundry Day") in the city of Halifax.

Tepid leeks is from the VH1 video collection, the one where they use the concert footage from Red Bank.
