You're going to need some kind of analog to digital converter cables and software, or you could have a local professional AV company do it, or you could send the VHS tape to a rabid Weird Al fan who has a vested interest in digitizing the footage. I'm sure someone here would volunteer...

I'd have to double-check a few things that I haven't used in a while for viability (for instance, the damn VCR), but I should have the equipment to make that happen if needed.
