Okay, let's assume the average setlist is 17 songs long. So I am assuming these songs are definitive:
  • Acoustic Medley (MF Tour Version)
Smells Like Nirvana (Not sure how much longer this will stay in the set, or at least in its original key)
    White & Nerdy
    Amish Paradise
    Fat
    The Saga Begins
    Yoda
Add maybe one more parody from the last tour and you get 8 songs out of 17. That's near the 50 percent he was talking about. My guesses (or picks) for the remaining 9 would be:
  • New Polka
    Jackson Park Express
Biggest Ball of Twine in Minnesota
    Don't Download This Song
    Sports Song
    Spy Hard
Stop Forwarding That Crap To Me
    You Don't Love Me Anymore
    Genius In France
    (wishful thinking)

That seems like a good overall guess. Since there are presumably no new parodies coming out, I'd say it seems likely enough that Al will push a few more originals than usual, especially the ones that could benefit from an orchestra in the background.

Al could also just do the first half of the show like Vanity tour (albeit with a few more instruments) and then start doing video clips for the medley/parodies. I feel like the regular medley will make a comeback, but I don't think that means the Unplugged medley will be out.

I'm pretty sure that Al have said in an interview(which I can't find right now, unfortunately) that he would like to do "Mr. Frump in the Iron Lung" with a full orchestra. What if he wasn't joking?

And also, there are some new pieces of information:
And next year we're gonna go the whole other direction and we're gonna do our biggest-ever tour — every single show is going to be with a full orchestra. And it's called Strings Attached. We don't have any dates confirmed yet. It's probably gonna be some time around summer next year. I think the plan is that we're going to be able to announce dates probably around late October of this year.

Just thought it was worth noting that the Tour page on weirdal.com has updated to say:
In 2015 and 2016, Weird Al’s Mandatory World Tour encompassed 200 shows throughout the U.S., Canada, Europe and Australia, including two nights at the Hollywood Bowl and a sold-out gig at New York’s Radio City Music Hall.

In the spring of 2018, Al performed 77 shows as part of his Ridiculously Self-Indulgent, Ill-Advised Vanity Tour, where he and his bandmates of over 35 years played set lists comprised almost entirely of his original (non-parody) material, and without any of their signature over-the-top theatrics (no costumes, props or video screens).

And in 2019 Weird Al will follow up his most bare-bones tour with his most extravagant tour ever – Strings Attached – where he and his band will be backed every night by a full orchestra.

I don't think anyone wants 27 minutes of this tour to be Peter & the Wolf, but what about instead of one of the video clip sequences, Al recites one of the poems from Carnival of the Animals Pt 2, and then we get a 2-5 minute orchestral interlude...

Suzanne shared a picture of Al in a costume that he's, presumably, going to wear during his new tour!
And it looks amazing! :whoot:

Yes, of course that is going to be a costume for this tour! Can't believe I didn't think of it before that photo.
So the question is - will Al actually appear on stage in that outfit, or is it more for a publicity photo for the tour where he is wearing a maestro's outfit with a funny look on his face?

It seems like a sure bet that Al is using that to help promote the show. Al also may be wearing that for the opening of each show, but I doubt it would get more use than that.
