I know! Not all the songs got captured. I think some venues were stricter than others about cell phone video. I know the Vic in Chicago was! I really want to find his versions of Are You Gonna Be My Girl and Last Train to Clarksville (which I did get to hear live at least)

Can't wait for June when all of the shows will be on Stitcher to listen to!

Yeah that is why I want the full version. Just the little you get makes me all giddy inside. Not sure I will record anything tomorrow night in Dallas because I really don't like having camera out except for a quick pic here and there.

I'm not even sure they would let a camera in Dallas. The last three shows I've been to have been incredibly strict about cameras. I've been "wanded" at one show and had to pass through a metal detector at another. I don't even know how footage has been posted lately, unless everything's been taken by a cellphone.

At the Vic in Chicago at the start of the show they said no flash photography and no video recording. The ushers were super on top of everyone. I got chastised by one for just holding my phone up too long while taking a picture! So I'm not surprised no one got video from either of those shows.

And while I am thrilled to see these videos popping up online I was also content to keep my phone in my pocket (after getting a few good shots early in the show) and just enjoy the experience. I did debate trying to record the covers, but I didn't want the distraction. This was my first time having such good seats (first row Fri and third on Sat) and I just wanted to soak in the experience of watching Al perform up close.

Since Al seems to be cool about the covers being posted, I considered it myself, but I doubt my cellphone would be able to handle the sound or video. The few pictures I took last week were really washed out.

Yeah, I know. I guess that detail is a little weird to me because I've never owned a cellphone with a camera capable of quality recordings, so I always forget other people have cool phones.
