Random thought- though I realized right away, Smoke on the water was in Polkas on 45... I wonder if his cover songs would all be songs he's polka'd. Just a random though.

(...Shame Love Shack would be out of the question...)

Alright, I decided to narrow down some possible songs. Of the 23 new debuts to be played live this tour, 15 have already been played. That means only 8 of the remaining 22 songs will be played live.
  • The Check's In The Mail
    This Is The Life
    Cable TV
    Don't Wear Those Shoes
    Christmas at Ground Zero
Attack of the Radioactive Hamsters from a Planet Near Mars
    I Was Only Kidding
    Airline Amy
    Talk Soup
    Harvey the Wonder Hamster
    Waffle King
    Everything You Know Is Wrong
    Callin' In Sick
    I Remember Larry
    Hardware Store
    Genius In France
    Pancreas
    Virus Alert
    Weasel Stomping Day
    Ringtone
    Sports Song
    Mission Statement
Also, a total of 42 different songs have been played this tour. That leaves somewhere between 8-10 songs left. So that is the 8 unplayed originals and possibly 2 that have been done in the past.

The archive page on weirdal.com says that they've played it live before

They did I remember Larry and Airline Amy at the Boston show.

So that leaves 6 more?

This Is The Life
Don't Wear Those Shoes
Waffle King
I Was Only Kidding
Everything You Know Is Wrong
Virus Alert

would suit me just fine. Don't rule out them adding additional songs as the tour goes on. I seriously doubt that they've already planned out all of the straight covers that they're going to do, so they could easily soundcheck additional songs that they didn't already practice. They've done Harvey before as a sing-along, so I doubt that one even needs to be rehearsed.

We're at 5 never-before-performed songs left. As of today, we can rule out "Attack of the Radioactive Hamsters from a Planet Near Mars" and "Everything You Know Is Wrong". Of course, we can also disregard "Genius in France" and "Hardware Store", so that leaves us with:

The Check's In The Mail
This Is The Life
Cable TV
Don't Wear Those Shoes
Christmas at Ground Zero
Talk Soup
Harvey the Wonder Hamster
Trigger Happy
Waffle King
Callin' In Sick
Pancreas
Virus Alert
Weasel Stomping Day
Ringtone
Sports Song
Mission Statement

If I am being realistic and not just making a wish list, I think the final 5 are going to be:

Cable TV
Talk Soup
Trigger Happy (if they still plan on doing this)
Waffle King
Callin' In Sick

I will be kind of surprised if they don't do Virus Alert. Callin' In Sick, Cable TV, Slime Creatures From Outer Space or Don't Wear Those Shoes.

I'd be a bit surprised if they actually did Virus Alert. The song has so much vocal gymnastics, switching to falsetto almost every other line. If he had to use backing tracks for the falsetto gymnastics during Tacky, I don't think there is a way he could pull Virus Alert off live (I'd love to be proven wrong)

They are simplifying some things lyrically. You are probably right though, I'm doubting they'll do it.
