Have had this in my head all day. Really hope it will pulled out live next year! Would have a great live feel.
What a racket they're makin', Jack, they keep me up at night playin' their electric guitars!!

I feel like this song would lend itself to the Headline News treatment, where he can change a line or two based on current events.

Every line would just be about something insane the president had just tweeted.

You were right! Also this is a really funny song, and I want to know so much more about the narrator and his life views!

It took me an embarrassingly long period of time to fully get the *joke* of this song. (Extreme things mixed in with minor, and Al just blowing both of them off as one of the same.) I don't fully know why it took me so long, I just assumed it was just a bunch of silly "one of those days" situations.

I always saw the amazing musicianship in all of the originals that generally trumps the lyrical content anyway. Al never writes a bad line, never ever skipped these tracks in my life!
