I can confirm; the 5pm time slot for MML in the UK will be part of the "Fresh From 5" strand. I believe Disney have been running this on Disney Channel since late last year. It will be running on Disney Channel; I believe there will most likely be reruns on Disney XD.

Glad to see for once we're having a new cartoon premiering on DC. Only animated series aired on DCUK here, from what I've gathered, are Miraculous, The 7D and Elena of Avalor.

MML was mentioned in the March 31st issue of children's newspaper First News. Despite an interview with Dan and Swampy and a mention of the animation taking 10-11 months for each episode (!!!) there was, again, no mention of Al in sight.

In Japan, the Japanese voice actor is in the press release - but at the same time Disney Channel Japan created the Japanese version of"We're gonna do it again" rap. Glad to see they kept Al reference there, now I can easily say to my Japanese PnF fandom friends that "This Al is the Al I've been talking about for a year." (I had been vaguely aware of the existence of Weird Al, but the MML voice actor announcement in Feb 2016 was the huge turning point for me)

My favorite from twitter friends so far: "I played the full version of the MML theme song in English - my little brother started worshiping Mister Al Yankovic."
