Al is in such fantastic shape. I would be worried about his knees, though. He does a ton of jumping, stomping, drops to his knees during "Lovr," and so on. Does anyone know if he wears anything to absorb shock on his ankles and knees, like pads or a soft brace?

I know he has a mat on the stage sometimes for Lovr, don't know if he has it every time though. He may not always feel it necessary.

That's smart thinking of him to have a mat sometimes. He didn't have it for Lovr when I saw him, then. I have no clue if he had it back in 2007 when I saw him, come to think of it. So long ago.

I think they filmed the final scenes this week, which are ones involving the fundraising fans. I wish this movie was out meow. Everyone should drop what they are doing, right meow, and check out Super Troopers if they haven't. I remember seeing it and thinking, "Meow, that is a funny movie!"
