Still makes me sad that someone would do that though, especially about his parents. Poor Al. Glad it was cleared up quickly.

I sometimes cry over the death of Al's parents - it was way too shocking I am rather happy that I missed it.
Thank god Al doesn't use the forums, he should never have to witness what the Anti-Als do.

Hey guys, There's two things I'd like to say about the troll last night. The first: I am so impressed with how quickly removing him,(or her) and his hurtful content was handled. The second; is that I was upset to see some of our members joking with him. The pictures were so inappropriate and joking with him,(or her), about them was absolutely encouraging more.
I'm so happy to be a part of this wonderful forum, but I felt like I couldn't feel safe when people encouraged this kind of content.
Anyway, I just needed to share that. I hope no one takes offence. I just think that responding in a positive way to something so hurtful makes you look like you like it.

That troll wanted to hurt the members here. Showing that that he was getting to you was feeding him. Like the song All About the Pentiums 'I don't feed trolls'. Just because some where cracking jokes doesn't mean they where liking it. They were not giving that troll power over the forum. He wasn't getting what he., she, it wanted so the trolling escalated. Everyone that saw what was posted last night made to report to the admins to get rid of it and have the person banned. I'm not offended by what you feel. It's god that you do share for feelings but I want to express that there is nothing to be concerned about. The admins here are great and did what they had to do. The other members did what they had to do to help in that. It's all good.

Anyways, why is there lack of Al butt on Al butt Wensday? It's still early. I can wait...

Thank you, that makes me feel a lot better. I'd been through a VERY bad day, and when I came here to get my dose of good Al talk I guess I over reacted.
It's taking me a bit of time to get over the trauma of the bad events that happened to me yesterday. I have PTSD and sometimes I have relapses because my life circumstances are still bad.
