-Yeah, that doesn't sound right, but I think what they meant was, he's going digital, so as far as how he releases music, it will be different than what we're used to. I agree that it could have been worded better, so that it didn't make it sound like he's on the verge of retirement.TMBJon wrote:The article was pretty positive, although I did not like the subheadline claiming that he is "ending his career as you know it"...

4 words that Al said to me that blew me away:
"How's Problem Child doing?" - 7/12/11
So awesome!

Re: Weird Al Yankovic on Rolling Stone
Rolling Stone has an article on their site about Al and the band recording at Third Man Records:

Surprisingly, they correctly identified the recording as an excerpt from the Yoda Chant!

I was wondering that myself, then I thought he might be the one filming since it's Bermuda and he likes to document stuff.minnick27 wrote:Where was Bermuda for this??

Re: Weird Al Yankovic on Rolling Stone
Wasn't there a separate thread for articles from random magazines and other press? I searched TV & Media and Yankovic-Gretzky's posts and found no suitable thread
I've read this interview from "The Portland Phoenix" and I thought it was nice. The interviewer is clearly a big fan and knows the most there is to know about Al, so at times it's more like a conversation than an interview
