!!
I'm gonna make an effort to go to this one, though I can't make any solid plans just yet.

Hi, I lurk these boards!
I already bought a cheaper ticket to the show during the presale, but in case anyone is still looking - a few face value ($99) seats in the front row are now available on ticketmaster (as of 5/21, 11:55pm).

Haha, I just got an email from my mom, who somehow managed to get ahold of two front row seats to this show. She's on a roll! My aunt will be accompanying her.

I like hearing stories of "My parents/aunts/grandparents/whatever got better tickets THAN ME!"
Al's music is timeless hahaha.

There was a man and his family dressed like the Amish, and someone in the balcony started chanting, "Jebediah!" at him before the show started.
There was also very obviously drunk blonde girl in the front row wearing foil-covered cat ears and a short dress. She left by around Word Crimes, but it was very amusing watching her..

That woman left around Word Crimes? She probably had to ralph and/or relieve herself. She didn't come back after or she probably didn't get passed security coming back in or something. Don't know who would leave before the end if they were feeling fine knowing the price of the tickets these days. At the show in Hamilton, this guy wanted to stand after Amish Paradise for the whole encore but they told him to sit down right as Saga began, I was surprised 'cause I thought standing was an option and people just usually sit. I know I wasn't sitting down the first time I caught You Make Me live, and would have been ticked off to be told to sit even at a "Weird Al" concert. Anyways, sounds like a fun night.
What a racket they're makin', Jack, they keep me up at night playin' their electric guitars!!

I should have worded that better, I don't mind it when people stand. It was just kind of funny watching her antics.

Standing person is blocking a view for people behind him, it makes total sense to ask him to sit down. If I was a person behind a standing person, I'd probably ask him to sit down myself, and if he didn't comply, I might even say something meanYankomaniac wrote:At the show in Hamilton, this guy wanted to stand after Amish Paradise for the whole encore but they told him to sit down right as Saga began, I was surprised 'cause I thought standing was an option and people just usually sit.
