I'm so pumped for this now! I did a joke set list a few pages back, but I wanted to make a full one. It's definitely a 'dream setlist', but I think it's still somewhat realistic.

Tacky
Now That's What I Call Polka!
Lame Claim to Fame
Nature Trail to Hell (majority pick) / Your Horoscope For Today (my pick)
Smells Like Nirvana
Foil (Really think this one should be done in full for best effect)
My Own Eyes
Like a Surgeon (I'm with RunningWithScissors - I'd love to see this)
Wanna B Ur Lovr

Medley: My Bologna, Inactive, Canadian Idiot, Perform This Way, Make It So (Let It Go parody that Al had ideas for and may or may not have written), Gump, eBay, Another Tattoo, Homer and Marge, Party in the CIA, Ode to a Superhero, Lasagna, Eat It

Handy (I also think this song benefits from being done in full, as the costume really makes it great)
First World Problems
Amish Paradise
White & Nerdy
Word Crimes
UHF (Honestly, if there was ever a year past 1989 for Al to do this, it'd be on this tour - the movie was very popular last year)
Fat
The Saga Begins
Yoda

It's a bit long... I could maybe see WBUL getting taken out if Tacky turns out to have a lot of audience interaction. But this would be my pick, assuming Hardware Store won't be done live :P

Sorry for the bump (Hopefully a month and a half isn't too long to bump something)

I had a thought though...

I'd love to see Albuquerque again, but I know it's a strain for Al. But then I thought about something. Alanis Morissette, alot of times when she goes on tour, she pics a song and breaks it up into parts through the set list. I wonder if Al could do something like that?

Like this: (Basing this off my list, and removing a few to make room)

Now That's What I Call Polka!
Lame Claim To Fame
Frank's 2000" TV
First World Problems
Albuquerque Part 1 (Beginning to First Class One Way Ticket to Albuquerque)
Smells Like Nirvana
Like A Surgeon (Pleeeease?)
Tacky
UHF
Albuquerque Part 2 (Real air plane until -dial your operator in Albuquerque)
One More Minute

Melody: (Maybe not this order) Theme From Home Improvement (Again, DREAM!)/Foil/Another One Rides The Bus/I Love Rocky Road/Inactive/Stop Draggin' My Car Around/Livin' In The Fridge/Party In The CIA/I Lost Of Jeopardy!/Jurassic Park/Handy/Eat It

My Own Eyes
Albuquerque Part 3 (He got away with my snorkel until Columbia Record club)
Amish Paradise
White And Nerdy
Word Crimes
Albuquerque Part 4 (Life long dream until the end)
Fat
The Saga Begins
Yoda

I know that wouldn't happen but it's a thought!

I have to post this publicly so I can compare it to the real setlist later. Here it is!

Tacky
NOW That's What I Call Polka!
Word Crimes
My Own Eyes
Foil
Lame Claim To Fame

Medley:
Another One Rides The Bus / Jurrasic Park / Perform This Way / I Can't Watch This / eBay / Eat It / Canadian Idiot / Party In The CIA / UHF / Trapped In The Drive-Thru / Don't Download This Song

Skipper Dan
Amish Paradise
I Was Only Kidding
Fat
I'll Sue Ya
Smells Like Nirvana
White & Nerdy

Yoda

Encore:
Albuquerque

I really like the idea of him walking in during Tacky, like he did on Conan.

I doubt I'll be disappointed with the setlist, whatever it may be, but I'd love to hear Dare To Be Stupid and I Was Only Kidding. I name those songs because, out of all the ones I'd really like to hear live, I feel like there's a slim chance for these two. By the way, this is one of the Mandatory Flyaway Contest winners! Yaaaaaaaayy...!!!! My daughter and I are beyond excited. Special thanks to all that made it happen!

Congrats on winning!

After the last couple tours where he randomly brought back two originals I'd say there's always a chance for IWOK, but we all think there's a chance one of them will be "Buy Me A Condo" because he has done it at a couple events in the last year.

As for Dare To Be Stupid, that's a classic and I always love it, but... I dunno if it's planned or if it's just the way it goes but, he seems to do it every 10 years. He did it until 1990, then not again till the 99-00 tour, and then he did it again in 2010. But you never know!

I Was Only Kidding has a shot. It was requested several times when Al asked people on Twitter about the old originals they wanted to hear.
