I love Freberg's Dragnet parodies. St. George and The Dragonet, set in Medieval Times, is so-so, but still makes me laugh. But his holiday themed one, Christmas Dragnet, is fantastic. One of my favorite tracks to listen to around the holidays.

One time the local news was talking about a recipe and the girl actually said "mist folks call them green onions, but theyre really scallions." I was at work and lost it

You're absolutely right, and that's what I meant to type. Thanks for the correction. I think maybe I was typing too fast and made the error because both albums have the same cover photo. BTW, Al recommended the book "Overweight Sensation" a few months ago on Twitter. I'm glad he did, because I don't think I would have heard of it otherwise. Definitely worth the read. Unfortunately, the parallels to Al pretty much stop at Sherman's musical output, as he had kind of a sad life after his huge, early success was followed by a sharp decline in popularity.
