That IS a really good article. Can't help feeling a little sorry for the author, though, if he feels he's outgrown "gentle and affectionate."

That is sad. He actually rolled his eyes at me when I said Al is for all ages, not just kids. w/e

TV interview on Fox Cleveland (thanks, Patti!) The interviewr tosses off a comment at the end, calling Al a "big yoga advocate." Have we heard anything about yoga before? It makes sense for keeping him so limber, of course, but has it been mentioned?
